Gavin grew up in rural Northumberland where he studied Agriculture at school and is passionate about all wildlife, he believes in a balanced and sustainable approach to pest control. Gavin is a qualified Pest Controller

Ross has recently joined the team and is an experienced Pest Control Technician, qualified to Royal Society of Public Health Level 2. (RSPH)

The Campaign for Responsible Rodenticide Use (CRRU) promotes best practice and responsible rodent control with upmost importance to protecting wildlife from rodenticide exposure. BASIS and the Campaign for Responsible Rodenticide Use (CRRU) have worked closely on the implementation of independent auditing of rodenticide stewardship point-of-sale checks.
